The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party (PTI) was hit with a setback as its secretary general, Asad Umar, stepped down from his position on Wednesday “given the ongoing situation”. However, Umar has decided to stay in the Imran Khan-led former ruling party and has not resigned from it.
