The beautiful and talented Margot Robbie has praised Ryan Gosling’s portrayal of Ken in the upcoming movie Barbie. During an interview with Vogue, Robbie stated that Gosling’s performance in the movie was the best version of himself ever put on the screen.
Despite receiving numerous accolades for his work in La La Land, the 42-year-old actor had mixed feelings about accepting the role of Ken. “Ken wasn’t really on my bucket list. But in fairness, I don’t have a bucket list. So I thought I’d give it a shot,” Gosling revealed.
Interestingly, Robbie shared that the role of Ken was originally offered to the gorgeous Gal Gadot, but she turned it down. According to Robbie, Gadot is “so impossibly beautiful” that it’s almost dorky, praising her sincerity and kindness.
Barbie is set to hit theaters on July 21st, 2023, and fans can’t wait to see Gosling and Robbie in action.
