Charlize Theron expressed her appreciation to Vin Diesel after attending the premiere of “Fast X” in Rome on Friday. In an Instagram post, the actress posted a photo with Diesel, saying, “Let’s not forget THIS guy! Congratulations Vin, you’ve kept a loyal fan base on this ride for over 20 years. Thank you for letting me join some of the ride.”
“Fast X” is the second appearance of Theron as Cipher in the “Fast & Furious” movie series, with her first appearance in 2021’s “Fast 9.” The action-packed franchise is coming to an end, with “Fast X” being the first installment in a two-part finale.
The latest film features Jason Momoa, Rita Moreno, and Brie Larson, along with “Fast & Furious” regulars Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez. “Fast X” made $7.5 million on its first day of release in domestic box offices.
In the meantime, Charlize Theron has been chosen to star in a sequel to the 2020 Netflix action film “The Old Guard,” which is scheduled to premiere in 2024.
