GILGIT: GB Chief Minister Khalid Khursheed — who was elected on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) ticket — has been disqualified by the area’s prime court docket for holding a pretend diploma.
A 3-member bigger bench of the Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court docket comprising Justice Malik Inayat Ur Rehman, Justice Jauhar Ali, and Justice Mushtaq Muhammad introduced the decision on the plea filed by Pakistan Peoples Social gathering (PPP) GB Meeting member Ghulam Shahzad Agha.
