Gerard Pique was upset after watching Shakira’s latest video for her new song Acrostico, which presents the debut of their sons.
The former Barcelona player is considering taking legal action against the famous singer for not seeking his permission before including their sons, Sasha and Milan, in the video.
The Spanish media outlet Marca reported that journalist Lorena Vazquez claimed that the footballer got to know about his sons’ debut after the video was released.
“He did not know, nor has he been asked for permission, nor authorization, and it seems that neither his children had told him,” the journalist argued.
She also revealed that Gerard was frustrated that he was not informed or consulted about the video, and that he intends to take Shakira to court if necessary.
“He is in shock,” the outlet revealed. “He has spoken to his lawyer to see what can be done about it.”
In June 2022, Shakira and Gerard announced their separation after almost 12 years of being together, but they did not explain the reasons for their breakup.
After several months of negotiations, Gerard agreed to let Shakira take their kids to Miami with her, with him receiving 10-day visitation rights.
