The value of gold in Pakistan decreased on Thursday due to a fall in its international market rate. According to the data provided by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the price of 24-carat gold dropped by Rs1,800 per tola and by Rs1,543 per 10 grams, settling at Rs236,000 and Rs202,332, respectively.

Meanwhile, the global gold rate fell by $21 to reach $1,961 per ounce.
