LAHORE: A two-member Lahore Excessive Courtroom (LHC) bench, headed by Justice Ali Baqir Najafi, Wednesday granted protecting bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan until July 3 within the homicide case of Supreme Courtroom lawyer Abdul Razzaq Shar in Quetta.
Imran’s counsel argued that on account of safety causes, the PTI chairman couldn’t go to Quetta and implored the court docket for protecting bail, which was granted by the court docket.
In the meantime, an anti-terrorism court docket (ATC) granted bail to Imran Khan in two instances, registered in Lahore. The police had obtained arrest warrants for Imran Khan and different PTI leaders in these instances, registered at Naseerabad and Mannequin City police stations.
