MCB Bank Limited (MCB) has initiated a technological upgrade for its existing ATM network, intending to install more than 1,000 advanced ATMs in 500 cities nationwide, according to a recent statement.

The bank commemorated the project’s beginning with an inaugural ceremony held at the MCB Bank principal office. The project was formally launched by MCB Bank President and CEO Shoaib Mumtaz. The ceremony was attended by Shahzad Ishaq, Chief Digital Officer, Hammad Khalid, Chief Financial Officer, Naveed Ali Baig, CEO of Innovative Pakistan, Tabish Sabah, CEO of Touch Point, and other senior representatives from MCB Bank, Innovative Pakistan, and Touch Point.
Mumtaz emphasized MCB Bank’s steadfast commitment to meeting its customers’ evolving demands. “We prioritize our customers’ satisfaction, and this technological upgrade reflects our dedication to provide the best customer experience. Our belief is that this modern ATM upgrade will enhance customer experience, operational efficiencies, and security,” Mumtaz said.
